1.      Do you agree with double citizenship ? Why ?

Talk about double citizenship. In fact, in the Act No. 12 of 2006 about Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia, already allowed double citizenship, but only applies to children up to age 18 years. In application, there are political figures still many who oppose double citizenship, because double citizenship should only be for childrens. Double citizenship usefull for childrens because double citizenship could be protect childrens from the parents who different citizenships, because then their parents can not be deported from legal problems.

I dont agree with double citizenship. I think fine, if double citizenship should only be for childrens, but if double citizenship for all ages not a good decision. It is feared there will be losers. There are social effect from this problem. For example, the presence of foreigners in our country, feared to cause social jealousy. Otherwise it’s feared foreign intervention. In Indonesia, did not rule out, slowly will impose double citizenship because more the benefits. Other than the purpose of the Act No. 12 of 2006 to protect the citizens of Indonesia, for example, the children from the parents mixed marriage, so as not to stateless, there are other benefits. namely for the people who international and multicultural education more easily find work or are employed in various countries without immigration constraints.

From the these benefits that encourage the implementation of dual citizenship which is supported also by people from Indonesia who are domiciled abroad, they assume it aims to bring us to the world and the world to us. So if this government decree enacted I think I can only follow if it is good and a lot of the benefits.

2.      Many people say that civics is boring. As a would be civics teachers, what will you do to make it more interesting to learn ?

For prospective teachers of Civics, which I would do is to develop basic education in accordance with the times. Learning that rely solely on the teacher as the main character will not make students quickly developed. On the one hand and the teacher to explain to other students just as a listener, this is no longer effective learning. Instead, students should be trained to issue his opinion, so they can exchange opinions among students. Judging from the progress of science and technology more sophisticated, learning will be more interesting to take advantage of existing technology, for example through online media such as e-mail or blog a place to share knowledge between teachers and students. So science does not only come from face to face but also through online media.

Judging from the existing curriculum, would be better if the hours of study of Civics to be added, not just 2 hours per week. With so many students gain more knowledge about the life of the nation. Moreover, in my opinion, citizenship should be included in the national exams. To become a student driver. So far, students tend to be more concerned for the national exams than normal subjects, if so, students will tend to underestimate the other subjects.

3.      Many children work in their early age to help their parent. What do you think about that ? Why do you think so ?

Whatever the reason, I still don’t agree if there are many children work in their early age to help their parent.
